At Páistí Beaga Crèche & Montessori we provide top quality care for the children enrolled in our facility.

Our child-centered approach ensures an enjoyable environment where children feel confident to grow and develop at their own pace. We offer childcare service for children age 6 months and up to 12 years. 

 

Pàistí Beaga Crèche & Montessori is registered for the Early Childhood Care & Education Scheme (ECCE) Government Pre-School Scheme which provides two free pre-school years for children prior to commencing primary school. The 2021/2022 term commences Thursday, August 26 2021 and provides 38 weeks of free Pre-school education. Eligibility: children aged between 2 years, 8 months (on or before 31 Aug 2021) and not reaching 5 years, 6 months (on or before  30 June 2022).

 

We encourage all parents interested to contact us as early as possible in order to book and secure your child's place in the ECCE Programme.

 

ECCE is a major development in the area of early childhood education and we are delighted all children will have the opportunity to attend pre-school.

 

Our Preschool program is based on the Montessori Method of Education. Montessori is endorsed by the Department of Education. Pre-school is often a starting point for a child’s educational & social development outside of their home. Your child will benefit greatly by participating in Páistí Beaga’s enjoyable yet structured routine in readiness for Primary school. You can read more about the Montessori teaching method here.
